Here are some ideas to help you think of ideas for your true name story:

Do you have a story about the origins of your family name? Perhaps you have researched your family tree and found you are related to someone interesting?

Or perhaps you found the name goes back to many centuries ago?

What happened when you were doing the research?

Do you have a story about the effect your name has had on you? Do you feel it's been 'lucky' for you? Or 'unlucky'? Do you like/dislike your name?

Have you changed your name? What effect did that have on you?

Are you a married lady, if so did you change when you took on your husband's surname? Did your life get better or worse? Did your personality change?

Do you have a name story about a pet? Perhaps your pet has a very unusual name that you'd like me to add to the list of pet names on my site?

Or perhaps you have some other name story you'd like to share? I'd love to hear from you!
